Wellness.  Seamlessly integrated.

Wellness.  Seamlessly integrated.

Invest in your bodies.

Invest in your spaces.

We spend over 90% of our time indoors.  We spend on average 25 years asleep in our bedroom.  Do we think about how our spaces can affect us? Your wellbeing affects everything about us – from our performance at work, to our relationships, our personality and mood, and even our lifespan. Considering how much time we spend indoors, poorly designed environments can wreak havoc on our wellness, even for those who lead a healthy lifestyle. It all began with the question: how can architecture improve our health? We all want healthy bodies.  We personally invest time and money into achieving a better self.  By investing in spaces that can improve your health, will improve your relationships, your work performance, and your life. We are constantly learning and improving, utilising the latest research and technologies to provide you with highly optimised and advanced designs focusing on wellness in architecture.

Architecture that heals you.

We call it ‘Healthitecture’ - architecture that enhances and improves our wellbeing.  Hospitals, residential, any type of space can have an impact on your health. Health in architecture isn’t a new topic, it is something we have forgotten since the early 20th century, and we are now realising we cannot continue with these bad habits. Vitruvius from the 1st century BC wrote about how architects should study medicine and that architecture should be a branch of medicine.  In the early 20th century, we had architecture that was designed to help cure tuberculosis – exercise, active life, stress free environments, natural light, and well-ventilated spaces. What about our spaces today?  There are plenty of new health concerns stemming from our indoor environments – such as cancers, infertility, autism, schizophrenia, asthma...  Architecture can prevent and relieve us from the health problems, found in our built environment.  We can design with these health concerns in mind, and produce buildings that perform better, better for the planet, better for you.  Happier, healthier people, with the difference of wellness in their lives.
